How do I use The Slumber Set?
Fit your Slumber Set in 3 simple steps:
- Peel back your duvet cover, stretch the flat sheet taut over your side of the bed and pillow.
- Lay the sleeping sack over the flat sheet. Slip your pillow (covered by the flat sheet) into the pillow pocket at the top. Tuck the corner of your duvet into the duvet pocket. Lastly, fold the flap of the sleeping sack over the top of your duvet.
- Slather yourself in your favourite tan and snuggle in for a blissful sleep. In the morning, simply remove The Slumber Set to reveal clean sheets. Pop your Slumber Set along with its packaging into your recycle bin and….glow!
Sleep on the right-hand side of the bed? No problem, simply turn the sleeping sack inside out to ensure the duvet pocket aligns with your duvet corner and follow the above steps as normal.
Does The Slumber Set fit all beds?
Yes. The Slumber Set is designed for one person and can be used in any size bed.
Are The Slumber Sets recyclable?
Yes. It’s important to us to reduce our eco footprint as much as possible. Please place both the packaging and The Slumber Set into your recycle bin after use.
What material is The Slumber Set made from and how is it made?
The Slumber Set is made from medical grade non-woven fabrics which are manufactured using specially selected SMMS properties that are hypoallergic and non-toxic. The Slumber Set is manufactured by our partners who are renowned for manufacturing medical supplies and devices for hospitals around the world. They have been awarded an ISO 13485 Certification by the Internationals Organization for Standardization which is the medical industry’s optimal medical standard and ensures that all medical devices and supplies meet proper regulatory compliance laws and customer needs. Rest assured, if the fabric is trusted by hospitals and medical professionals, it can be trusted by us!
Is the design of The Slumber Set protected?

Are there any associated product warnings?
To avoid risk of suffocation please keep The Slumber Set and its packaging away from children. As with most fabric products, this product may be flammable. To avoid any risk of fire, please keep the product and packaging away from naked flames and do not use The Slumber Set in conjunction with electric blankets.
Can you totally guarantee no transfer of tanning product to my bed sheets?
Our testing confirms that The Slumber Set reduces 99% of bedlinen staining from tan transfer when used correctly. In certain instances where The Slumber Set is not fitted or used correctly, underlying bedlinen may become uncovered and exposed to staining. However, when used correctly The Slumber Sets will protect your bedding from staining.
Delivery FAQs
How do I know you have received my order?
After completing your order, you will receive a purchase confirmation email with your order number (the “Purchase Confirmation Email“). Please allow around 30 minutes for the email to come through. If the email is not in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. Following that, you will receive an additional email to let you know once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched for delivery (the “Delivery Confirmation Email“).
Can I cancel, change or amend my order?
Generally, we are unable to cancel, change or amend any orders after you have received your Delivery Confirmation Email confirming that your order has been fulfilled/dispatched. However, please email hello@glowguardsofficial.com with “Delivery Query” in the subject line and we can try to help you.
My order has been dispatched but I need to change my delivery details, what can I do?
You will receive a Delivery Confirmation Email confirming your order has been fulfilled and dispatched for delivery. Once this email is sent, your order is dispatched and we are unable to amend delivery details. However, please email hello@glowguardsofficial.com with “Delivery Query” in the subject line and we can try to help you.
I have an issue with the delivery I received, what can I do?

How long will it take for me to receive my order and how will delivery cost me?

Returns FAQs
How do I return an item from my order?
Please submit your return request at hello@glowguardsofficial.com quoting “Return Request” in the email subject line (the “Return Request“). Please include details of your order including your name, address, order number and photos of the item you wish to return so we can assist you as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
Returned items must be unopened, unused and returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

Who pays for the return?
The cost of return is solely at the customer’s expense. In returning the items to us, we recommend you use a tracked, reputable postage service for the safe return of the products as we do not accept any responsibly for returned items lost or damaged in transit. Please also ensure that your return order is properly and securely packaged and labelled with our full address as provided to you as part of your return request.
Can I just send my items back without submitting a return request?
Items returned to us without requesting a Return Request cannot be accepted.
Can I return discounted, promotional or sale items?
Please note that discounted, promotional or sale items cannot be returned.
Can I return a gift card?
Please note that gift cards cannot be returned.

Subscription Packages FAQs
How do subscription packages work?
Our Slumber Set Subscription Packages have been carefully curated to ensure you’re never caught off guard without your trusty Slumber Set. Save time and money and receive regular scheduled deliveries of The Slumber Set straight to your door without the need to manually re-order.
To sign up, navigate to the ‘Shop’ section on our website, simply select the subscription package most suited to you, enter your billing and delivery details.
In advance of each subscription delivery, you’ll receive a reminder email showing the details of your order and expected delivery date (the “Reminder Email”).
Please note the subscription packages are subject to a minimum subscription period (the “Minimum Subscription Period“) meaning you can cancel your subscription package anytime after the specified Minimum Subscription Period has passed. Please see HERE for more information on the Minimum Subscription Period.
Should you wish to amend any details of your order please contact us as soon as possible at hello@glowguardsofficial.com quoting “Subscription: Package Amendment” in the subject line. Requests received after the Delivery Confirmation Email is sent cannot be actioned.
What is the ‘Minimum Subscription Period’?
The Minimum Subscription Period is two billing cycles. For example, when you purchase the Monthly Slumber Set Subscription you agree to subscribe for a minimum period of 2 consecutive months and may cancel anytime after 2 consecutive months have lapsed. If you purchase the Quarterly Slumber Set Subscription you agree to subscribe for a minimum period of 6 consecutive months and may cancel anytime after 6 consecutive months have lapsed.
How do I cancel my subscription package?
You can cancel your subscription at any time after the Minimum Subscription Period and before you receive your Delivery Confirmation Email for the next order. Cancellation requests received after the Delivery Confirmation Email is sent cannot be actioned as your order has already been processed and sent for delivery.
Should you wish to cancel your subscription please contact us as soon as possible at hello@glowguardsofficial.com quoting “Subscription: Package Cancellation” in the subject line.
Can I change the delivery address of my subscription package?
Please contact us at hello@glowguardsofficial.com quoting “Subscription: Change of Delivery Address” in the subject line. Please note that we cannot amend a delivery address after the Delivery Confirmation Email has been sent.
How can I change the payment method for my subscription package?

Glowguards Gift Card FAQs
Where can I redeem my Glowguards Gift Card?
Glowguards Gift Cards are only redeemable online at www.glowguardsofficial.com.
Do I receive email confirmation when I purchase a Glowguards Gift Card?
Yes. Once you’ve purchased your Glowguards Gift Card, you will receive an email (to the email address provided at checkout) confirming your order and instructions on how to redeem. If you’d like us to send this email directly to the lucky recipient please ensure to include their email address in the specified box at checkout.
Will I receive a hardcopy Glowguards Gift Card?
Please note that no physical gift card product is issued.
Are there fees charges for purchasing a Glowguards Gift Card?
No additional processing fees are charged on the purchase of our gift cards.
Can I return my Glowguards Gift Card or exchange it?
Please note that gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
