Returns Information

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt. All packaging, cellophane wrapping and tamper-resistant seals must be intact, otherwise, the item is unfit for re-sale and cannot be accepted by our returns department. For items of a sanitary nature such as The Slumber Set, please note that we are unable to offer returns on this item if there are any signs that the packaging has been opened and/or the product removed from its packaging.

To process your return, please reach out to us at hello@glowguardsofficial.com quoting “Return Request” in the email subject line. Please include details of your order including your name, address, order number and photos of the items you wish to return so we can assist you as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

Please note that the cost of return is solely at the customer’s expense. In returning the items to us, we recommend you use a tracked, reputable postage service for the safe return of the products as we do not accept any responsibly for returned items lost or damaged in transit. Please also ensure that your return order is properly and securely packaged and labelled with our full address as provided to you as part of your return request. Items returned to us without firstly requesting a return as outlined above cannot be accepted.

Please note that discounted, sale and promotional items and gift cards cannot be returned.
